For my 944S2, we took a retangular floor mat from Walmart, cut it to fit the dash, then added a seam around the outside so it wouldn't fray. Perfect fit, and the nylon/poly mat cut down on sun glare on the window. Still in great shape after 3 years.

I don't see much in the way of detail about the dash cover product. Is it a cover? Complete replacement? Who makes it? It's hard to tell from the picture.
