I am trying to get ahold of you. I have emailed and called but to no avail. The last time I heard from you was 20 days ago, and you said that you had sent my parts that day. This would be Tuesday, June 3rd. Here is what you told me...

I have the side skirts off the car (I took them off this weekend), and
I'll be sending them out today. The issue is that the car has been at a
mechanics shop getting the drivetrain removed (so that I can continue to
part out the car....)
I'll email you with a UPS tracking number as well after I send them."
It has been 20 days since your last email, and I have received no tracking number, no parts, nor any feedback from you what so ever. I don't know how else to get ahold of you rather than posting here in hopes that you will see this.
To all rennlist members, I appologize for using this forum as a personal means of communication, but I don't know what else to do. This has dragged on for over a month now. I in no way mean to bring negativity to this person, I just want my parts that I paid for.

No problem at all! I bet people appreciate such a heads up. It sucks when such happen.
I remember a similar case with the same guy on <a href="http://www.968.net" target="_blank">www.968.net</a> discussion pages. You should do a search on those pages.

seriously , there has been a lot of this type of thing going around lately with many different people from many different people. I hope it gets worked out. I have had nothing but good deals from listers with great shipping times. I hope the types of transactions being mentioned above are not starting to be the norm around here.

I got some stuff from Tony last month, no problems. Sent him a personal check and he shipped the day he recieved the check, so I didn't have to wait until it cleared. Emailed the tracking number, too. No complaints here. Maybe you should call him?

I have sent numerous emails, and have called both the number on the bottom of his emails (the one you posted) and his cell phone number on the bottom of some of his previous posts that i was able to dig up, and have left messages, but with no reply. He has returned a few of my emails, but not recently. Im glad you got your stuff. I just hope that I get mine in the near future.

I am waiting for parts too, Tony just sent me an email today saying he is working on getting the shipments out to all of us still waiting for parts. He had something come up in the family, and I feel he can share that with you. I hope he gets back to you to let you know the status of all of this.

He just sent me an Email saying he wanted to back out and just refund my money that he has had for about a month now. Aparrently, lots of things come up in his life. He also wants me to send back a part that I have already received. If I don't get this part, the whole story will be posted and I will keep it on the front page for quite a while for all to be warned of him. Good luck to all, I just want my part that I paid for, not my money back. I have waisted enough time and passed other things to get this from him. IO just want him to hold his end of the deal.
