Some dashes just go, and some dont. Mine is perfect and I never use the sunshade. However on my previous car I had a sunshade up all the time and it still fried.

My only advice is dont use armor all. That is instant death.

Mine is getting worse... moved a few mm in the last few months... nooooooo

=(

Winter + using vents won't help.... need to get the vylnex stuff!

Be careful. I've heard of people applying a protectant (ArmorAll, I think) and it caused their perfectly good dash to crack. Ask xsboost90 for details...

No cracks here but I've got discoloration from the sun damage. Granted most of the time mine sits in a garage but when I'm outside I use a generic sunshade.
