Oh my. I've re-read it again. This is rich. "new 200 mph Weltmeister wheelbearings on all four corners ($35 each)," Those 200 mph rear wheel bearings are a piece of cake to install. Count on those being on the car.
I did a little quick math on all the items listed with a price. This car is a real bargin at the asking price. The sum of all quoted bits is over $26,000. I might have to reconsider....
"timing belt and counter balance belt ($49), water pump ($65)" Good prices. Wonder if he's using Paragon or Pelican?
"window tint ($69 on special), Viper alarm ($199 on special)" That's what I call bargin shopping!

Did you see the green in the left door jam?
How about the hotel door peep hole?

That car is hideous...and on top of that he takes the photos in what seems like a combination trailer park/junkyard. The whole scene screams "held together by duct-tape and chewing gum" to me.
I would consider purchasing the car for $1500 but I think that would likely be a little bit on the high end.

Hey - can you post up a pic of that enlarged throttle body? I know there is a pic in the ad but if I could see it from the other side that would be awesome or if you had a pic of it before you installed it on the car. Was the intake ported some to match it or was that not necessary?

Not all his parts were such a good "deal"
I would have sold him one for $300 and saved him a bunch of money.
The cluster gauges did not work when I got the car. I paid over $600 to get them to work.
The place that fixed them, took the cluster from a wrecked car that had over 240K miles.
