Fender flares- What are my options?
So I got these Epsilon wheels and the offset is too extreme in the rear so they stick out about 2 inches. Specs are 16x8 ET-8. I absolutely love the wheels though since I love most things old school not to mention JDM.
Anyway, what are my options for adding fender flares? I'd like to limit the flares to the rear but the possibility for the front is there as well. The car needs a decent amount of paint/body work anyway so Id like to get everything that I might do in the future out of the way first.
I prefer a solution that doesn't involve entirely new fenders. I heard 968 flares work?
Thanks,
Alex

Sorry I forgot to post what car I have. Its an 1983 944.
I figured out about the spacers earlier and now the tires stick out closer to an inch. So my plan now is to run more of a stretched tire and roll the fenders if needed. I just dont know which tire size to choose. I'd say the top of the sidewall needs to come about .5 - 1.0" from the outside of the wheel. i.e. if the wheel is 8" the contact patch needs to be 6" or 7".
These will NOT be my track wheels. Using them solely because they look badass.
Also, can someone give me a link to wheel lug nuts that will work with the extended stud size? AKA allow the stud to go all the way through the nut instead of having a capped nut.

Ok thanks! I found the lug nuts but I think I'm going to need a deep socket in order to tighten them properly. I guess I can just get a 19mm deep socket in order to tighten them?
Here's what I'm planning to buy: http://www.vertexauto.com/ShowItem/4...Lug%20Nut.aspx
Im gonna get them for the front too just to be consistant.
