Sorry to be pedantic but I am still trying to find out if anyone knows the length of the right side late model 944 automatic axle??? I need to find an axle length in the 510 mm range.
Thank you,
Chris

Chris,
I know of all you CV joint issues, but if the "right" axles for the car are too long don't look into the "wrong" one to fix it. Try to fix why the "right" axles are not the right length. If not you just may move the problem from the CV joints to some place else in the car. If the spacing between the gearbox and the axles is to small you may have some bent parts under the car.

Do you need an axle or just the length? My passenger side axles was still good when I did my swap.
My car was an 86. I don't know what year yours is, but I think mine will only work for 85.5 and 86.
