Default Harness bar f/s

OK Guys - I am moving in 6 days.
Someone make me an offer good enough to get this out of here before I have to move it somewhere else.

Weltmeister harness bar. Paint is a little chipped on the mounting brackets, but nothing major. I'm thinking 75 +shipping.
That is of course negotiable.

I might be interested in the harness bar. Which pillars does it attach to?

I am pretty sure it mounts to the C-Pillars. I never put it in the car, so I am not completely sure.
I also don't have a car to check it on, but it does look like C.

I'm going to bump this up cause I am slack and don't want to post the bar anywhere else.

I want this gone before I have to move it to my new place.
That means it might go pretty cheap, so make me an offer or something.

I'll give you 60 plus shipping for the harness bar.

Is this a harness "guide" or "bar"?

As I believe you can't tie the harness to the "guide".
