Saw one today going through Japantown. I asked what year it was but the driver looked at me funny and took off. Younger guy, 30 tops.

Maybe he thought you were gay because you were looking at him. Having a 944 wrapped around you would have partially explained why you'd be looking at him.

 

LOL I waved at some guy in my 944, he was in a bright yellow one as well. He just looked at me and drove away, weirdest experience of my life.

I saw the S2 on Gary St. heading toward the beach yesterday around 1:00pm. A young guy drive with (2) chicks. they were reading a map as I stop next to him. I notice the 16 valve on the side trim. Yes it is a S2.
I have a 91 S2 as well

This is Will. I am the one with the Black 91 944-S2. I talked to you about 2 months ago. I don't live in the Excelsior anymore. Now I am in the East Bay. How offer is there a get together in the Bay Area with all the 944 owners? It will be cool to line up the 944's on HWY-one.

Oh, hey Will! Good to see you here! I also moved out of the Excelsior, to San Mateo. You just missed a great drive on sunday... actually "everyone" missed it because it was just me and one other guy with a turbo. I will let you know about the next gtg. I'm hoping we can do something in the east bay, around castro valley or down by san jose. If you ever want to hang out, I'm right on the other side of the san mateo bridge.
