Ok, will Oct. 11 work better for folks? I have to check to see if I run Sat. DI on that day, I think it is later in the month though.

Please tell me your thoughts on the drive. 2 Choices here.

1. Short drive with a longer GTG, probably run from my house to Lake Lure (grab lunch and if ladies are coming we can go shopping in Chimney Rock). We can also make it a bit longer and head to black Mountain from Chimney Rock.

2. Long drive with plenty of fun and chalenging roads, this will take us From my house to Brevard, through Waynesville, and onto Hotsprings.

Please guys let me know what your thoughts are as I would realy like to see this happen, also if anyone is interested we can always run up the blue ridge parkway (not as fun as the other options, but does have some great photo ops.).

That's fall break weekend for me. I think I'm planning on doing some work on the 944 either the 10th or 11th, so if I get it done on the tenth then the 11th would work for me.

My lady would be coming but she'd be more interested in driving porsches than shopping (:

I'll be out of town the weekend of the 11th. But since there's no gas (see my other thread) for me to get there that may not be a problem
