Default Fuel Pump

just took it off last night, tested it today, connected it to the car battery, and behold!! it only stumbles, i believe it is burned out, by next week the car should be running i'm excited, i dont care that i have to replace the T-belt, and bleed all the fluids and what-not, but i will finally have a running porsche :P

oh, and my car is an 85.5 944, but the engine i think is from an s2.. so do i buy a fuel pump compatible with the S2, or does it matter?
