Default Blast from the past- Rennlist VID

any of you old school rennlisters remember this vid?

http://www.motionbox.com/videos/069addb41a1be28f

just found it on a disc- this was my first ever rennlist gtg up in dayton w/ Tifo driving his car w/ the white gauges(vented nosepan would eventually end up on my car), Perry951's awsome red turbo, Wade B's grey n/a and Pete944's car ( blue) before i ever painted it. My car is the red n/a w/ the color matched bumperettes- the paintjob was literally a few days old. I organized the Hooters girls at the very end since everyone else chickened out. Most of the filming was from Fishey in the s2 convertible. The early n/a w/ the rear panel is actually Andy (Nine44)'s mom in her auto 944. If you look closely you'll see UDPride's awsome turbo 930 that looks about the same as today.

should have been august of 03 i guess-we met up at Hooters in Centerville near Dayton,OH, and did a sign rally in our cars. Only catch was that most of us were doing upwards of the speedlimit we'll say. Pete was the only one doing the speed limit and got almost all of the signs on the list but since he provided the prizes he forfeited them to JJJR and myself who got the second best score and at a brilliant pace i might add. That was my first time meeting Brian, Pete, Jeremy,Chris and Fishey. Good times. The burgundy turbo missed a corner on our map and spun out into someones front yard and exited their driveway. I do remember that....

I remember that, good times. My gauges were off, I was in fact obeying every speed limit. That in-car video proves nothing!

Now that I have retired officially from BMX racing I hope to have a little more time for get-togethers and the car, provided that work doesn't get in the way. I have been doing more international travelling lately. I'll be in Germany next week not too far from Stuttgart so I hope go get in a little detour.....

Ah yes, an oldie......looks (and sounds) like a Volvo4Life production.....

In car footage with Tifo and the infamous Sean McManus!

I took some pics that day but I can't find where the *$#! I put 'em on the computer.

I was UD Pride's navigator that day, and since I sucked so bad at it we gave up early and headed to Hooter's, relegating ourselves to "early thirst" status.

Yep, that's pretty much when we all met each other......good times........
