I'll just say that my PO wasn't exactly a sharpshooter when it came to aiming the jack under the car.
My BIGGEST complaint...ended up with two nice rust spots on the forward areas (right inside the rear of the front fenders). Had to have the old cut out and new steel welded in...
My P.O bought a 911. He did keep receipts on this that he did. But I did not like that he could have figured out a few small things with a little work but did not.
2 of my POs were great, I got most of major receipts and all, the third is an ***.. one of the brilliant things he did, was drilling 3 holes in dashboard, for two cell phone mounts..
