Post Wheel alignment specs

OK, Here's a question for alignment specialists:

I am looking at the toe specifications for my 87 944 and am not certain on the terminology that Porsche is using.

The spec says Toe - unpressed should be +10' +/-5'

Should I read that as being 10' Toe out ?

If it is toe out, is that due to a change in toe that will occur at high speed when the car lowers under down force ?

Cheers
