Mine was originally a maroon color. It got painted over in something similar to guards red. When I have it repainted I'm going back to the original color.

My car looks OK but wow I want to repaint it now...it doesn't look anywhere near this nice! I do love the color, and I'm thrilled with my linen interior, too.

A friend of mine owns this 84 944 originally a black car but repainted years ago as a 90's era Porsche color called Arena Red Metallic.
