where in socal are you?

also is there any special hardware needed for install? aside from some new holes in the bumper...

im guessing the pieces mount in the middle to the muffler?

im interested in the piece but im not sure if i can buy it right now. ill let you know when im more certain of my finances (governor's state worker paycut hit home ) and if you still have it ill take it then.
