Post 944 later model rim upgrade

Hey, I have an 83 944. I found some rims from an 89 944 S2 that I would like to purchase. The owner has told me they came from a car that has ABS. The front wheels are 7 in wide with a 55 mm offset and the rears are 8 wide and have a 52.3 offset. The front tire sizes are 205-55-16 and rear are 225-50-16. Could someeone please tell me if I will be able to fit these on my 83 before I make this purchase?

Thanks a lot

Fit they will, but you'll need spacer, either the ones with studs built in, or the spacer and longer studs in your hubs.

23mm offset vs 52mm in the later cars is the reason for this....
