I'm slowly buying up all the supplies and I've decided I'm doing the whole car with polyurethane. What's a good discount place to order from? I can get the primer and clear for good price, but can't find any resonably priced place that will mix my LM3Y Garnet Red

You should go to a local PPG/Global supplier.

If you can find Glasurit it is also a very nice paint
