These three are directly across from me, and I'm just a few miles from Jay. And I know the way so I can lead people in (little confusing for outsiders as people at the last gathering can attest to ). Plus there is a nice pub at the Crowne, drinks on Friday night, and Breakfast before the gathering.

In fact, the Crowne has a huge parking lot with large sections (with a direct view from my window) to park all the P-cars.

I'll even promise to have a fresh keg of Guinness on hand.
