Well, now that the caravan is shaping up nicely, I'm going to miss it! I was just reminded I have tickets to see the Eagles concert in AC that Friday night (with wife, friends, kids, no backing out)! I don't even like the Eagles anymore. They were one of my first concerts back in the 70's, but I don't like tired old "classic rock". I've got Linkin Park (sp?) in the 944 CD player right now. The last show I saw was Chili Pepper & Foo Fighters (excellent). Oh well, I'm screwed. Anybody going up Saturday? If not, it will still be a sweet ride in the 951!

Linkin Park, nice choice. Just saw them live the other night. First road trip in the Porsche ended up being down to Gilette Stadium for the Summer Sanitarium Tour. Good fun.

Hey all -

Ok - I'll admit it. I'm a computer geek - but had a hard disk crash..

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE - if you're attending the Gathering at my place this year on the 26th of July, send an email to jayc@rennlist.com with the number attending, if you're bringing a Porsche with you (the type would be great too) , and if there are any special needs (food, handicap, etc.) Title the email's subject "The Rennlist Gathering"...

THANKS!

Dan,

It's an easy drive on Saturday AM ( although an early wakeup) with not much traffic and then stay overnite-there are inexpensive motels all over the place if thats a problem. It's a 4 hour drive for me (in the opposite direction) and it was WELL worth the fun drive last year. Sunday morning you'll be going against any traffic 'cause they'll be heading north and you're going south.

C'mon up!

Al

I'm leaning towards attending, although it will be a last minute deal depending on the weather.

Send him our best! Hope everything will be alright.

I saw the car for sale on the email lists, I didn't think the family emergency was bad enough to postpone the gathering though...
