You must have a hell of a drive home if your brakes are fading on the way home.
I was thinking of snatching these up even though I don't have another 944 yet and probably won't for another year or so. My wife would be so pissed.
O/T Fishey, I love your nitrous thing in your sig. It reminds me of my ex brother in laws when they were like 10 and 11 telling me I should put nitrous on my 944 cause it would make it fast like those retarded fast and furious movies. By the way, who's excited about #4 coming out?

HAHA...I didn't mean that as a crack on you.
Thats just how I buy things. I take the worst case and see if I'm still ahead when I buy it. "He might be honest" just means "If they really work right out of the box then this is a seriously good deal" lol
HAHAHA....sorry for the confusion.

Also....at one time, I was wondering "Why so cheap??", but then no one will buy them.
I have to say, I'm a little confused. I would have thought they would be gone in seconds....and they're still here.......maybe everyone is wondering if this is to good to be true? or another sign of a bad economy? Everyone being more carefull with thier money? I know thats what I'm doing. My job is almost directly related to the economy, so layoffs aren't out of the question in the coming months....or I would have bought them in a heartbeat.

Fishey....it looks like you have a stuck caliper. No way should your brakes be getting that hot....ever.
Track cars, with stock brakes don't even get that hot.

You would think that but that caliper glides as smooth as silk and shows identical pressures to the other side (Amazingly enough it gets just as red) before you ask the rear brakes are also working just fine.

Thats what I'm trying to tell you. Its not working fine. You'll see glowing brakes on F1 cars...or in NASCAR when they slow a 3400lb car down from 120 to 60 in 100ft.
If both fronts are glowing red, then you have a problem either in the master cylinder, or just after it.........or you ride the brakes. But I promise you this...its not right, and its VERY dangerous!! If you come around a corner, and there's an accident or a..... dead hooker in the road, and you need to panic stop.....you will definatly panic, but not stop!
