Default Unbolting the OPRV

On my 87 944S I'm trying to unbolt the OPRV and having some trouble. I removed the passenger side wheel for easy access, and used a extension but the bolt does not seem to want to budge. any suggestions?

thx

I think the torque is only 40ish ft/lbs. It will come out, just takes some muscle!
