Default Sport seats question

I'm hopefully going to pick up a pair of late sport seats. But I had a question about me fitting in them. I have later stlye 944 seats in my 924S, but I don't exactly "fit" perfectly into them. I'm not fat or anything, im just a bigger football type person. Would the big side bolsters make it uncomfortable? Or am I crazy for thinking so?

My friend has sport seats in his 944. I'm no fatty, but I'm certainly no twig... and I find em comfortable... like your Porsche is hugging you.

Getting out of the car, now THAT'S another story. it's difficult to do gracefully. Ever see the Top Gear with Clarkson trying to get out of a Lotus? yeah, it's like that.

For what its worth, I'm 6'2" and ~200 lbs and I have Momo RS-GT seats which are roughly similar to sport seats in terms of tightness/support (if anything, they're tighter/more supportive)...I don't have any problem at all fitting in my seats, and getting in/out isn't too bad even despite my lack of flexibility.

I've sat in factory sport seats and newer non-sport seats as well, and I would say that if you can fit ok in the non-sport seats and you like a more supportive seat, then definitely go for it

Hey, being an x football player with a 36" waist and 50" chest, I love my sport seats for support and comfort versus the non-sport seats. I used to have an 87 n/a with regular seats and it killed me to drive it, most uncomfortable ride I ever had and sold the car because of it. Love 944s and had a couple before that. Finally this 951 came along with sport seats and decided to give it a go. More supportive and comfortable then the BMW I drive daily now. They'll work for you.
