Default Right Side Net help

I have seen several 944's with the right side night anchored through the dash with abolt and the strap sliding right above the dash vent.
Can someone tell me exactly how to get to the bolt point? Is it accessable through the engine compartment or dows the whole dash have to come out?

Thanks, John

Pretty tough with the dash in. I've seen people anchor to the bottom of the battery tray which would be accessible by only taking apart the glovebox, but the angle of the net isn't very straight. There is all that climate control stuff in the middle, so anchoring to the firewall in the middle might prove difficult. I assume you have no cage with dash bar?

I anchored to the double walled portion of the firewall just below the windshield. Fastened a safety harness anchor like this http://www.saferacer.com/g-force-bol...?productid=877 with backing plates. Cut a slot in the top of the dash right about where the defrost vent holes are located. You can kinda see the setup in my avatar at left. Kinda nice having a dash I can remove in 5 minutes tops for tasks such as this.

Not sure if any of this helps...
