Griots Garage, huge thumbs up!
I ordered some leather rejuvenator because my leather has been sitting for 2 years. The box showed up today, and the cap on the bottle was almost off. It had dumped out about 1/2 of it's contents.
I called them up a few minutes ago, and a very nice woman took care of me. She was very apologetic for the mishap, and will be shipping out a new bottle tomorrow.
That is some great customer service, and I will definitely buy more goodies from them.
On a side note, the box smells and feels great!!

OK, I'll be the one contrarian here... I ordered some rubber winter floor mats from them. The ad photo in the catalog _clearly_ showed a custom-molded mat; I gave the girl the make & model info for my 968. What I got was a generic cut-to-fit mat. When I called back, they didn't understand why I wanted them to change the photo in future catalogs to avoid misleading future customers. So I asked them to remove me from their mailing list. It took three calls, a couple of emails, and *six* months to get them to quit sending me catalogs. No, that's not good customer service.
I've also noticed that their prices are often twice as much for the same item as the local 'big-box' auto-parts store.
As always, YMMV.
Jim, no longer a Griot's customer...

I'll find out how good it works tomorrow when I finish up the interior.
I have used Hyde Food before with great results, but have been told this is even better for older leather.

I've used their leather cleaner and like it a lot. I've used the leather rejuvinator, but on a car I sold, so I can't say much about it's long term effects. The seats were noticeably "better" after using, but they were really not good to start with. Hard to say.
I've had mixed results with Griots. Last time I ordered something, the operator tried to "suggestive sell" three things to me. THREE. That was annoying. And I get a catalog every other month. That's more than annoying. But otherwise I've been pretty happy with them.
