Whatcha mean?
You register, show up, they give you a goodie bag with stuff. Then hang out all day, look at porsches, vote on the ones you like with the ballot that they give you in the goodie bag. Some people go home with more goodies after the awards. Then you go home and post the fabulous photos you took on Rennlist right away.
Does that about cover it?

Do you need to register to go to the show and look at the cars? Whats the registration "buying" you? To show your car? Park in a Porsche place? Merely support the cause?
Im just trying to understand what registering entitles you.

You can just show up and walk around, and park with normal people, and not have to pay. It's sorta like joining Rennlist------you don't HAVE to, but it's nice to do it and gets you a few more perks while supporting a good cause.
Was that a good analogy?

I think preregistration is over. What do I do now? Is there a lane for people driving Porsches to funnel through and register there on site?
What can I say, Im stupid. Therefore I ask stupid questions.

email john dixon (aka the man himself, taj). believe me registration is not over.
all the money for the event goes to charity. i believe you have to pay to participate in the events. to just come by and look, is free i think.

You can register when you get there. There's always room for one more. The money goes to charity (Ronald McDonald House), they won't turn that down.
EDIT- My turn for a stupid question. I registered a couple weeks ago. Should I be getting a confirmation?

I just went there last year to look around, but was coerced into putting my car in the show because there were so few 944's there. They took my money on the day of the show and shoved the goody bag in my hand. I'm glad they did now, otherwise I wouldn't have met Pete, Jeremy and a bunch of other cool people. I do suggest to anyone attending to bring a chair, blanket or some accomodation to sit on as this takes place in an open park (under a bunch of trees for shade if it's like last year). Your own food and drink could be a good idea, too.
