Default What is the secret to the AC mount?

when I took my alternator out, I wanted to pull the AC compressor. I have had it off during my rebuild but I have no recollection of how it mounted (or how I mounted it). The front bolt of the mount to the bracket is obvious, just a bolt. But the rear mount I see some kind of sleeve in the hole at the backside of the mount, and the compressor side of the mount i see threads of a bolt coming through the mount...

How do I get this apart? Or is this something strange with my car that noone else has?

The rear mount is a bolt like the front one, just the bolt has that long sleeve/washer thing on it. So just undo the bolt and the sleeve will slide out with it.

Hmm so maybe the head just broke off the bolt? I see a sleeve, and a hole going thorugh the middle of it.. then threads coming out the other end of the mount... no head to unturn.... This could be tricky to get out now..
