Default Need torque values

I am finishing up the suspension refresh on the 87 944T. Bilstein Escort Cup suspension, Torsion bar removal, Poly-Bronze Spring plate bushings, RE control arms.... I never bought a shop manual, and i need torque values. Is anyone kind enough to flip through their manual, and help me out?

Here is what i need:
Rear suspension:
Upper Shock Bolt
Lower Shock Bolt
Inner control arm at bushing
Sway bar to drop link
Drop link to spring plate
Control arm to spring plate (2 bolts)
Spring plate cover (4 bolts)
Spring plate cover bushing
Upper torsion tube bolt to chassis

Front Suspension:
Strut to camber plate
Lower strut to spindle (2 bolts)
Tie rod end to spindle
Control arm to chassis (front attachment)
Control arm to caster block
Caster block to chassis (2 bolts)
Front brake caliper to carrier (We have Big Reds, dont know if that matters)
Carrier to spindle
Sway bar bracket to chassis
Sway bar endlink to control arm

Thats all i could think of. I may have a few more when i get closer to finished.
I would really appreciate someone's help...

Thanks in advance!

When you are done, please let us know how your car handles with your new set-up.

What valving did you use on the Escorts 380/150 (road) or 565/218 (track)?
What f&r Hypercoil 2.25" spring rates & length are you fitting?
What f&r sway bars are your running?
Have you chaged the torsion tube mounts, solid, delrin or weltmeister?
Did you go for RE delrin or bearing control arm bushes?

Sorry 'bout all the questions, it's just a lot of us are undergoing a similar project and any help/feedback would be appreciated. GL & TIA

we went with track valving, as the car is not driven on the street much.
We are running 500F/600R (IIRC). I'l have to look at the lengths. I believe the front is 8" and the rear is 6". Paragon suggested these lengths. We will see how they turn out. We are running stock sway bars for now.
I kept the rubber torsion tube bushing. Looked to be in great shape. I also kept the inner control arm bushing (rubber) as it looked perfect.
We used the RE control arms, which comes with a spherical bearing at the front mount. I plan to reuse the 968 caster blocks, but you will see a thread about that shortly (questions).

A lot of this was trial/error type stuff. There doesnt seem to be much good info about these setups out there. I come from a BMW M3 world, where you can find out ANYTHING you ever wanted to know about any setup just by searching.

I'l let you know how the car does when i finally get it back togather.

I'l also need someone's help with what ride heights to pick.
