Lost my 944, getting a Cupra?

To import the veh you have to go to an importer. Yes they are liscenced importers. (scam) A long time ago I worked at an independent Mercedes shop where the owner would bring in greymarket Mercedes from Austria.
The DOT wanted door bars and the EPA wanted catalytic converters.

why not get a 951? You say you want reliability, and are willing to spend 26,000 on a car? You can get a pretty nice 951 in good shape and have money left over to fix it up. You could have a 951 and a reliable car for 26000

Yes, I have seriously considered getting a 951 and fixing it up to almost brand new specs. But the car is not just for me and I need the room, something a 944 doesn't have much of. This Leon Cupra is a 4 door hatch back that is unique and its no slouch either. But I will definetely buy a 951 in the future just for kicks.

Cool car, but I'd still rather have an M5.
