I've been thinking about getting GT3 seats...very nice, but a bit pricy.

I currently have Momo RS-GT seats in my car, which i like a lot (good support, comfortable for longer trips, were reasonably priced). My only gripes are that they don't have a sub strap hole (no 5 pt harnesses) and part of me wants to get vinyl or leather front seats (partly because GT3 seats just look so sweet).

I would definitely recommend these seats unless you're looking for a racecar seat, in which case you probably need the sub-belt functionality.

Buy newer style sports seats and have them be recoverd by Paul Champange, or Robert Budd. This by far has to be the best choice.

I installed 2003 996 seats in my 86 951. I had to change the electrical connectors, drill new rail mounting holes, and reuse my seat belts which required making the bolt hole larger.
I like these seats, they are not as confining and it's easier getting in and out of the car.

hahaha...i'm flattered but unfortunately, I don't have any stock seats to throw in there (the originals were brown and badly beaten...I ended up giving them away to the shop that put these in for their break room haha). If you can buy me a pair of Recaro GT3's, however, I would be happy to sell you the Momo seats/brackets/sliders

Hey Milo, I was born in Alamogordo and visit there frequently. Also have friends in Las Cruces. Need to look you up next time I'm out that way.
