Red Tails on Euro 944 Turbo's
I know we've been kicking around how to do this ourselves - but are these available by ordering? Are all the euro tail lights all red?

thats a scam.. he paid $420 for those?? BULL****.. the pictures he posts on his auction are from people here at rennlist (ian and asarus)
go buy some TESTORS TRANSPARENT CANDY APPLE RED PAINT from a hobby store, sand your lights down with 220 grit sand paper, then mask of the surrounding area and spray them... will make them ALL red..
and NO, the all red lights never came factory with ANY model 944.. the 968's have all red lights.

Actually, I AM THE ONE selling these tail lights! I DID buy them from Auto Sport UK and THEY DID cost me $420!!! They had been $420 with the shipping and without (too expensive to send) the core exchange. I ended up buying four sets since that was where the break-point was...
Between the Supercharger, the rack and pump, and the other misc. few thousand in repairs, I felt that it was better to sell the four sets of ALL-RED tail lights that I bought rather than go into any debt (I firmly believe in NOT paying points on something that I can pay cash for!)
The first two times that they were on Ebay the buyer flaked out. I have no reserve on the auction because I need to just sell them to get some duckets for the other repairs that have cost me a trip to Chocolate Town USA (Hershey)
You folks know that the last thing that I would do is rook a fellow 944 (or any other model,...) Porsche afficianado. After finding out ...
A...You can tint your lights by using the "candy" method
B...The UK Auto used a similar method...
I decided to sell my tail lights to get some extra duckets...

my appologies.. it just seemed unrealistic until you told your story.
but MAN.. i bet you felt ripped off after you bought the ligts and found out you could just spray them...
