Now taking pre-orders for new strut brace......
Please see <a href="http://www.klaindustries.net/944strut/944strut.htm" target="_blank">strut brace</a>. Special initial Rennlister price is $100 and includes shipping within the US. I'm going to start to produce next week. Delivery 1-2 weeks. No deposit required. Please email me or post here if you want to order and I'll put you on the list.

Well, we could make it better looking for about $200 more. But we were shooting for the price point. Functionally, I think we better by not having any slotted fittings. My partners are two local friends of mine.

out of ignorance: how do you install that? is it a case of simply taking off those things on top of the strut towers, and then putting the strut brace on underneath of em?

Will you have a 968 application? These are almost impossible to get for our cars, they don't fit because of the "Porsche" cover or they have hood clearance issues. Basically, yes. Un-do the 4 nuts, put in the bracket, re-do the 4 nuts. Bolt up the bar.

Not about to order one, but was thinking of building a lot of custom parts for the 'soon to be mine' 924S, hoping that my recently acquired engineering skills would help me out.

Very nice piece at an excellent price. Congratulations and good luck with your venture. I'd order one myself but I'm going to be installing caster/camber plates (probably custom-made weld on) that won't work with this. Nice product though.
