Post Idle Speed screw

I was reading an article written on adjusting the idle as mine is a bit low. I have located the diagnostic port that will be jumped but I cant find the Idle adjustment screw that he is talking about. Anyone know where it is?

Also, it might be a vacuum leak. That's a pain, 'cause you'll probably find little ones all over that add up to a noticable.
