France?

Sorry, couldn't resist.

Edit: Found this:

It's an H4 bulb in a selective-yellow balloon, a Cibie product.

For 951 you are able to get yellow fog/driving lights also yellow headlights are available. I suppose these yellow lights are not directly available from any other country than France. I once bought yellow fog lights for E30 BMW when I was in Paris.
Try contact Thom or Asarus, they both are quite often here on Rennlist, They live in France. I suppose they can give you some more information.

Thanks everyone... and btw 944Play, if all else fails, those bulbs might do the trick... i just want to have something different than everyone else....

Goldsmith,

Yellow light for foglights are better than white.

Yellow light does not diesperse as much as white does and is excellant for fog (and other conditions as well)

It should be quite easy for us in France to find such lenses for a 944 S car. The main difficulty is to send it to you then, at a decent price..

I'm gonna investigate to see what the prices are and keep you informed

What about just painting over your regular fog light lenses?

Asarus, for the shipping check with your French postal service. If the package is small enough the government is typically the cheapest. Otherwise look at FedEx or DHL for smallish packages.

UPS is like holding a gun to your head as you are never quite sure what extra charges, brokerage fees, they will slap the end user with.

Proper "yellow" lights have a consistant coating
