Talking New to me...Bling-Bling!!!!!!

I love these wheels.................
<img src="http://www.proctrl.com/blingbling.jpg" alt=" - " />
Now what to do with the (2) sets of 16" early offset phone dials I have taking up room in the garage...

Oh, the bling-blings are HRE 543's. I bought them on Ebay from a guy who had them on his 86' 911, I will need to get some 1/4" spacers for the front to clear the bearing cover (pushes out the centercap 3/16") other than that no rubbing what so ever. 5.5" backspacing on 7.5" fronts and 9" backs.

So those of you looking for wheels for your early offset cars, take a look at the 83-89 911's guys offerings.

Luke,
Actualy I scored big time on the price, and they came with RE730's with 90% tread on them.
$1527, and the seller even met me halfway to pick them up.

I think they fit pretty well.
Now if you want bling paint them a nice gaudy gold color.

Thanks everyone!!
I've been looking for a long time for a deal like this and I'm happy as a pig in $hit.

Quick question:
Since I've got 2 sets of dials now, I thought about taking all the 8" wheels and putting some 245/45/16 Yoko A032's on them and using them for track days.
Do you guy think that would be a good all around size?
And do you think I could even sell the left over 7x16x23mm phone dials?

Looks like a great deal Jason. I have to ask though, what size tires are on those HRE's? Typically sets used on 911's have narrower front/wider back combinations than are ideal for 944's. Its nice when you can find a set with the right tires or no tires. Car will handle right, right outta the box.

It was nice when I got my Fikse's, I was able to pick the exact size/type of tires I wanted on them.

Mike,
205/50/zr17 fronts
245/40/zr17 rear
So far they handle great!! Better than the 225/50/16 and 245/45/16 that I had before.
Jason
