What tires sizes? The numbers stamped on the back say 8JX16, and the fronts say 7JX16. Here's a picture if it helps.

did you figure how to mount those 8"s on your car?

anyways i think the biggest you can fit on a 7" rim is 225, with a 16" rim itd prolly be 50 profile.

Stock tire sizes for those wheels would be 205/55/16 and 225/50/16 . You can go one up on both with 225/45/16 front and 245/40/16 rear. You can also do 225's all around for better balance.

Why wouldnt the 8s fit on his car? My 924S came with 16" phonies, and the 8" rear wheels fit just fine with 225 50 16 tires.

Id suggest 225 50 16 all around for sizes.

on an earlier thread he said there was an issue of the 8" wheels sticking out past the fenders in back but fitting fine in front...

remember these are 928 wheels so they are of a different offset.

Thank you, I forgot to say that. When I put the 8's on the back they seem to stick out a bit. But I noticed when I lift the rear tires off the ground, they bend inward, so i'm not exactly getting a correct reading. Thanks for your replies guys, so 225 sounds good on all four? Or would 245 fit on my rear tires?

do a search there is a link to an offset calculator somewhere. then see how much farther you are sticking out. then decide if you want to go with 245s.

check tire rack's site when you punch in a tire size. the height should be 25".
