Anyone know where I can find one online?
Specifically, I'm trying to cross reference early 944/VW pads?

Here is a good reference for brake pad sizing info (other than the reference to a 944 S2 turbo).

I'm not confident there are any such links between the early 944 and 924S or 924T pads to that of VW or any other. My references say the pads for 5-bolt single piston FEP front and rear calipers are all the same.

Confirmed they are not the same.
The Pegasus Racing catalog is also a good reference for brake pads if anyone needs one.
And good for all kinds of good racing parts/merchandise.
