Default A bushing question

So I got a new pair of sways that I'm just chomping at the bit to put on. But I need to order new rubber for them. I got the correct bushings for the for rear and the Front outer. But I ordered the wrong Front Inner bushing. So I finally got smart and looked at the old bushings. Trouble is there are two different kinds. One is a part number 477-411-053K. The other is 477-411-053J. The sway in question is from a 1986 944 Turbo. I think I ordered the wrong size. Try as I might, even with baby oil involved I cannot get the bushings on. Is the J the bushings I want?

Easiest way to solve this is just measure the diameter. Off the top of my head I don't know what size an 86 951 came with. Who did you order your parts from?

Pelican Parts. This was an issue I had though. Clarks Garage list the front sway as a 22.5mm. But after checking Pelican, Vertex, and Paragon I never found a 22.5mm bushing. So I ended up getting a 23mm, but it doesn't appear to be the correct one.

That isn't the problem. The issue I had is I can't find 22.5mm BUSHINGs. I've tried several sources, but they don't seem to exist.

Forget what other people say or other websites list. Go outside and measure the diameter of your front swaybar to make sure you get the correct bushings. Everytime I've ordered bushings they've asked me to confirm the diameter of the sway. Sways are so easy to change that it might not be what you think.

http://www.paragon-products.com/prod...parts-late.htm

They list a 21.5 up to 86 then it jumps to 23.
