Default Interior questions

I'm putting a back seat in, and don't know what is used to hold the seat in place. Is it some kind of glue?

Also I can't figure out how to get the rear seat belts installed. The bolts don't seem to be long enough. I bought them off of ebay, I was told they are for the 944's. Could they be for a different model?

Thanks for any help

something pretty resilient, ive had good experiences with mineral spirit-based weldwood contact cement, not for seats but i redid my firewall heatshield using the stuff and its worked great for 2 years+.

stuff's like $10 a qt can at home depot.
