Just surfing the DP Motorsport webpage (http://www.dp-motorsport.de./) and stumbled across this interesting 944 Turbo conversion. Not quite as sexy as their DP935 slant-nose cars but...

sure its a conversion, and not a prototype....there were some 928 "high back" prototypes made. im glad that idea didnt stick

Wow, 2 topics in 1 day based on that pic! The 928 was more than a prototype, it was a one-off production car that was presented to Dr. Porsche on his IIRC 80th birthday.

I think it looks fabulous; but making a wagon is straying from Porsche's racing pedigree. I'm glad they still make sportscars (or do they?).
