Looks like good execution, just makes it look even more dated to me. Reminds me of the little cars at the fair I rode when I was growing up (in the 80s)

 

THe taillights are actually one of my favorite parts of the 944.

Nice job mate! I don't really like the look of these lights but it seems you made a very good job. BTW, since you are experimenting with the looks of your 944, have you ever thought about 968 lights and bumper? They would look lovely on your white 944. I think this way your car will become much more modern and more "P-car" than it is now.
