At every Niagara Region PCA Driver Education event, we give away one free DE admission to a green run group first timer. All first time participants get their name put into a hat, and one winner is drawn during the Garage Party. The winner gets free admission to the next DE, a $325 value! (There are usually fewer than 10 first timers, so your chance of winning is pretty good.)
