Is silk grey the same color as linen?

I am looking at buying a set of silk grey seats from a 1990 964, to replace the linen (or light grey?) seats in my '86 944. Does anyone know if these colors are all similar or the same?

im thinking grey and tan are two different colors- since linen is tan.

I've read somewhere on here that linen and light grey were the same color, they just changed the name of the color for some years.

Dunno, my buddy's 968 is light grey, and it is WAY different from any linen I have seen.

I have (or have had) tan-beige from an '87 (sometimes referred to as "linen"), linen from an '90 (more of a whitish-linen), and light grey from '94 -- all were quite different.
