Are the spec E30's generally quicker than the spec 944's?

The cars in the video are actually 944 Cup cars, not spec 944. Generally speaking the E30's and Cup cars turn similar times.

I get your point, no intent of insulting you there. It's just that here in Quebec most of the drivers, even in non-professionnal racing drive mostly european style.....like if your opponent wanted you dead or alive !! There's not as many racing series and you have to earn every inch of that black pavement....

That said, if I lived in the USA and my kids were finished with school I think I would come out of road racing retirement and join you !

The Cup series is definitely not "wanted dead or live" racing. We did have 7 Canadians in the Cup field vying for the 944 Canada Cup. Here is a video from
the lead Canuck: http://www.hardent.com/events/03-VIR..._RACE2_web.MOV .

Then another Sunday drive in the rain: http://www.vimeo.com/877402

Had fun watching ! The guy in the red 944 who battled with you practiced his drifting techniques a bit past the Tree on the last lap....and got past again !

Thanks - enjoyed those. But I would prefer without the music - a Porsche on a racetrack is music to me.
