iirc didnt 951s have the same cam as NAs? anyone know the duration/lift numbers?

I was one of the testers for the 944max chip. I think it would be well worth the money. Let me tell you some of the increases. I have the dyno chart right in front of me.

Max hp went from 125.95 to 130.86

Max torque went from 132.94 to 137.62

Not that bad but the biggest and greatest improvement you can feel is the bottom end power.

at 2500 rpm's the torque was increased by over 10 lb ft. That is huge when you are trying to take off from a stop, the power builds up much faster.

Also on the highway there is a big difference there is no more shaking when getting on the gas at low rpm's. Power is very smooth.

Plus the idle is improved alot.

only negative things are you have to use 92 or better gas and sometimes the chip causes the car to take a second or two longer to start up.
