I got around to taking them apart but it's not possible to swap the rods between these particular manual/power racks. Pretty stupid if you ask me.
The way the rods bolt to the manual rack is via a thread with a locknut behind it: the position isadjustable. The joints screw ON to the rack (the rack has male thread)
On the power rack the ball joints screw IN to the rack (the rack has female thread) and you just screw them in to the end.
Funny they came from the same model car...
