More: Starter Alternator Wiring and Slave Cylinder
I need to know how the wires from the alternator and the power from the battery hook up to the starter.
It looks to me like the larger loop-ended wire from the alternator shares the top wider pole on the starter with the large power wire from the battery. Then, the smaller looped-ended wire from the alternator is attached to the lower pole.
Is this correct?
Also, I removed a little brace that was around the slave cylinder that looked like it attached to a stud on the bellhousing. I couldn't figure out how it could attach so I took it off. I don't think it should vibrate too much, no?

Thanks, but the diagram doesn't help anything because nothing is labeled on the in-car wiring. What I have has to be correct, if it isn't then I will switch it.
I can't believe somebody hasn't made a diagram showing the wiring connections relating to the physical demensions as a previously described. I'll probably be making one of these when I am finished.

two big wires at the starter go the the big side(one for alternator and one + for battery)- one small one to the small terminal. Two wires w/ a plug go from the alt. wires up to the brake booster and connect to the main harness. Two wires at the alternator connect- one large, one small.
