btw, i fiddled with the connectors and the car appears to be running fine now. looks like steve zip tied them together because the plastic tab locking the connectors together broke off?

Yep exactly. The sensors were fine it's just they wouldn't stay connected. Glad you got it 'fixed'!

I've had this happen with 5000 rpm before... it was the AFM track being worn out. I just popped the cover off (kind of a pain the first time you do it) and bent the arms slightly so that it contacts a different part of the resistor track, then the problem went away and hasn't come back since.
