Default One last test before engine meets car

I bolted the bellhousing and the starter onto the engine just to make sure I've got her buttoned up right before I hoist it in the car. After maybe 5 solid seconds of cranking, it just started spewing oil out the filter hole. Am I go for launch??

I think I'll burn the starter out before I get enough pressure in the cam to pump the lifters up (they sat for a bit lol) But yea man....after shes in the bay, I'll give it another crank test.

As for the filter, well...the pool of oil growing on the floor reminded me of what I forgot to do before I started cranking.
