Unhappy A 944 NA for 20K and a Turbo for 26K

So go to ebay and check out the two 944's with less then 40K miles each and get ready for the price. Now both are nice but what are these guys thinking. We have a stock 1989 944 NA going for almost 20K and then we have a Turbo 1986 going for 26K. Again nice cars but really are they worth that much?

In September I bought an 86 951 with 87K miles for $10,250. All the belts and hoses had just been changed, the interior was immaculate (no dash cracks whatsoever!). So, year, $26K seems ridiculous. But I hope they get it.

A low mileage '86 turbo for $26k... With that money I can buy a high mileage 968, build a fresh 3.0L turbo, and freshen up anything else that needs attention like suspension or interior.
