question... LIKE 2 TONE COLOUR ..??
try`n to decide about the colour of the car ..is red now...but i`d like to do this scheme..of colours white on top of blu ...with some airbrush ...rims are photoshoped waiting for the tires to arive.. i `ve bought some boxter rims..on 17 `
any other colour that u guys recomend to do?

hmm
I like the two tone look, was thinking of doing red/ black on my 86 ... anyhow Id ****can the lightning bolts , if anything maybe ghost flames or stripes (saw a black Cayman with faint grey stripes that looked killer) ...

Have to say that there is nothing that looks better than a beautiful 1 color paint job if you want it to hold up over time.

not a 944 but...
Believe me, I've searched the internet for a two tone 944 and could find only race cars.
I was thinking of pearl white blending into polar silver or even a charcoal metallic black on the bottom.
The next best thing is a Corvette that Overhaulin' did a few years ago. It was gold over green.

Make the paint scheme simple yet elegant. Nothing too flashy. Nice cars get attention by simply looking good. With that said, I love the idea of the two tone. Especially with the colors you have chosen.

lightning may seem good in concept or in a JPEG but in reality it will look cheesy. If you like flashy, get an iridescent or pearlescent color. Those are very nice and ride the line between class and flash.

Seriously, why mess with a car that is already a work of art. Less is more IMO.
